Through sharing of knowledge, moving energy and also by sitting in silence, I help people connect to their inner peace and shed the layers of insecurity, trauma, and shame. I believe that all emotions are purposeful and should be treated with respect. Communities can thrive when individuals are aligned and healthy as unique, aware beings.

My mission is to help build community through aligned and compassionate individualism. I am available for 1-1 healing or intuitive consulting sessions, group classes, parties, retreats, corporate & keynote speaking, and other engagements!
